WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED? We are a pop-up and online bakery located in Illinois, USA. We sell at Chicagoland farmers markets and online. We ship our products throughout the state of Illinois, USA. We offer delivery and free pickup in the Chicagoland area.

HOW MAY WE CONTACT YOU? The best way to contact us is through our CONTACT page. DO NOT try to reach us by message through our Facebook or Instagram accounts as we get many messages and would hate to miss yours.

DO YOU SHIP NATIONAWIDE? As a registered Cottage Food Law business in the state of Illinois, our products can only be shipped throughout the state of Illinois. Simply choose USPS Priority Mail when placing your order from our online shop. We also offer delivery and free pickup in the Chicagoland area for special orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP WHEN I PURCHASE FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

ONE-TIME PURCHASE SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Orders received by 12pm Central time on Thursday will ship the upcoming Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail otherwise it will ship with the following week's shipments. We will email you a tracking number once we process your order. SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Orders ship the last Tuesday of each month via USPS Priority Mail. Orders received by the third Thursday of the month will ship with that month's shipment otherwise it will ship with the following months orders. We will email you a tracking number once we process your order.

DO YOU DELIVER? We do offer delivery of special orders in the Chicagoland area for a fee. We ask for a minimum order of $50.00 USD for delivery and a four week notice to ensure your date is available. We also offer free pickup in the Chicagoland area.

WHERE IS YOUR CHICAGOLAND PICKUP LOCATION? Since we do not have a physical store, we schedule pickups at a local Chicagoland community business near your area.

DO YOU ACCEPT SPECIAL AND CORPORATE ORDERS? We do accept special and corporate orders! Send us a message through our CONTACT page with a few details about your event and what you're looking for and we'll get back to you with a quote. We ask for a minimum order of $50.00 USD for delivery and a four week notice to ensure your date is available on our schedule.

DO YOU OFFER PARTY PACKAGES? Yes we do! Check out Los Party Packs here and send us a message through our Contact page to reserve your date.

I WOULD LOVE TO SELL YOUR PRODUCTS AT MY STORE. DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE? Not at this time. As a registered Cottage Food Law business in the state of Illinois our products must be sold directly to consumers, such as at farmers' markets, onlineor 

through direct delivery and pickup.

WILL YOU BE SELLING AT ANY UPCOMING FARMERS MARKETS? None are scheduled at this time. We will update our website with any future scheduled farmers markets.

DO YOU BAKE GLUTEN FREE DESSERTS? Sorry we do not.

DO YOU BAKE PEANUT FREE DESSERTS? We bake peanut free desserts; however, we DO NOT BAKE IN A 100% PEANUT FREE KITCHEN. We cannot guarantee any product is 100% peanut free.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit cards and debit. Payments are processed by Wix Payments and PayPal who ensure payment confidentiality and security.

ALLERGEN STATEMENT: As a registered Cottage Food Law business in the state of Illinois, we are required to notify you our products are produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department.
